The Brief

BPS is a manufacturer of uPVC windows and doors which supplies to residential house builders. The business was planning substantial growth and appointed Cream to build the brand and achieve this goal.

Cream's Approach

The brand was given a refresh and a new website was introduced to increase visibility. Consistent regional and trade PR and marketing comms has resulted in significant brand recognition and opened the doors to more big name developers such as Persimmon and Miller Homes. The business grew by 65% over the initial 12 months of its relationship with Cream.

Results

Currently, for every £1 spent, approximately 345 people have seen the BPS brand and the campaign has resulted in broadcast coverage on regional BBC TV and radio and most recently coverage in The Sunday Times. Sales Director, Lynne Darwin won the Business Person of the Year at the local Chamber of Commerce awards and was named in The Manufacturer’s Top 100, being recognised as one of 20 exemplars from the list!
