All Roads Lead to Leeds

Creativity involves breaking out of established patterns to look at things in a different way.

Those words of Edward de Bono but they could also be the words of Cream’s intrepid team as we prepare for a move to Leeds.

We’ve been based in Barnsley since setting up five years ago. The Digital Media Centre, with its in-house mentors and free business support, did us proud as a start-up.

But as Cream has grown, we’ve taken inspiration from all around us and increasingly we’ve been spending a lot of time in Leeds.

So when we spotted our ideal office in the refurbished Grade I listed Leeming Building high above the historic Kirkgate Market, we put our name down

We wanted a creative space which mirrored our ambitious company. The Leeming Building is quirky yet stylish. Old but new.

So this summer, Cream starts a new chapter in a city which has the most diverse economy of the all the UK’s main employment centres and the fastest rate of private sector jobs growth of any UK city.

Our new office is also just a stone’s throw from Victoria Gate, newly crowned as the world’s best shopping centre.  Creative thinking about how not to max the credit card will be towards the top of our new Leeds’ agenda.
